She write both in Spanish and English and is currently attending the MA in Creative Writing at University of East Anglia. As challenging as it may sound, the majority of her work is in a language that is not even her second language, but which doesn&#8217;t read as a translation. Reading and writing in two languages gives a special flavour to writers&#8217; work. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:23px\"><br>Into the Woods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the branches<br>\nof a ghostly forest<br>\nthere appears<br>\nthe nameless face<br>\nof a figure<br>\nI dare guess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The chilly freeze<br>\nbrings no embrace<br>\nbut rises gently<br>\nover my face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A name or grace<br>\nthat&#8217;s not pronounced,<br>\na heart whose beats<br>\nI recognise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And as I sit still<br>\nI stroll aloft<br>\ninto the woods, <br>\nwhose core as yours<br>\nis fairly good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no twist, <br>\nno turning point, <br>\njust the breath<br>\nof this wood<br>\nand of my own.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antonela Pallini Zemin was born and raised in Argentina.
