This is not a letter, this is a color,
This is not a color, this is the Magna Carta,
It\u2019s not that, it\u2019s a sound,
A distant ringing.
This is the space between
Words of a lost book,
This is the punctuation in the Bible,
Not the letters, just the periods
And colons,
Just the blank areas in the corner of
The page, above the page number,
This is the thought in your mind
From long ago,
That cannot be remembered.
This is intangible, yet tangled
In feelings with no name.
This is finding Waldo
In a New York train station.
This is unspoken sentences.
This is Atlantis.
This is lost planes in the
Bermuda Triangle.
This is a circle in a square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zachary J. Gaskill is a poet from Binghamton NY, and still resides there. He studied under the American poet Joe Weil. He has a BA in Creative Writing from Binghamton University, and an Associates Degree in Business Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Along with being a cutting edge poet he is a loving father and husband who gives back to the art scene that helped shape him; as he now helps shape it.
